1998 Phillipstown School Community Centre added 1999 Renovations to Room 1-4 block, Hall refurbishment and office additions completed Repaint Primary School exterior Paint a Mural on the East Wall of the Hall and install uplights Purchase and install a Notice Board on Nursery Road Install Bollard lighting and tree uplights and sensors to Nursery Road Reposition main playground and paint Repaint internal cloakroom between Rooms 5 and 6 Resurface hard court and repaint games Design and build basketball backboard Install lighting for camera surveillance Reposition sandpit, paint, obtain new cover and new sand Landscape gardening Replace playground with lawn Redesign seating areas including seating and paving Repair and repaint Window Sills on Technology Centre Paint all external 50mm handrailing Paint paling fence on boundary Build an extension to the Administration Block Landscape gardening Repaint the Technology Centre To maintain all external painted surfaces To assist the school with capital expenditure and maintenance projects
